Watertower Tulips | 07:54PM Jun 07, 2008

I haven't gotten out to shoot lately (the weather has been rather depressing as of late) so I decided to post an old shot from Chicago.

I became somewhat obsessed with the tulips while we were in Chicago and while I was shooting these tulips from the sidewalk, an incredibly kind maintenance worker approached me and suggested I step inside the fence and take this shot. So, credit goes to that man for the angle. This location is right next to the watertower in downtown Chicago. To be honest, I know nothing about the significance of this water tower, but it's there.

In case some of you have not noticed, you can change the background shade from light to dark on the bottom of the page. I think a lot of my recent posts look better on the dark background, so check that out...
