Of course I had to do a version of Megan of my portrait series. Megan's bedroom door at her house is covered with ticket stubs, flyers, cards, and tens of other objects that you might say offer a very rough summary of her life before she went to college
I like the contrast in this one between the cluttered door and the seemingly simple wall to its left and how she seems to be looking from the clutter to the simplicity. I played around with HDR on this one a lot, giving it a try in both Photoshop and Photomatix. I was at a loss, however, with which settings to use, so I came away from my experiment a little short on the effects I wanted.
There are two more from this series, but I may hold off on them for later. We'll see tomorrow.
